RasoolAllah Ka Naam Sunte Hi Angutha Chumne Ki Sharai Haesiyat

Dailmi riwayat kerte hai ki Hajrat Abu Bakr Siddique ne ek baar kaha ‘ Jab maine  Muazzin ko Ash’hadu anna Muharnrnadar-Rasoolullah (SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam) kahte hue suna toh maine wahi kaha aur kalima ke ungli ke andar ke hisse ko chuma aur apne ankho par lagaya. Jab RasoolAllah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam ne ye dekha to kaha, Meri sifarish us par wazib ho jati hai jo isi tarha karta hai jaise mere mahboob ne kiya.’

TANKEED

1. IS RIWAYAT PE MUHADDISEEN KA FAISLA. :-

۞ IMAM SAKHAWI NE KAHA : –

IMAM SAKHAWI ne khud is ko riwayat karne ke baad kaha ولا يصح hadith sahi nahi hai.
(AL MAQASID AL-HASANAH 450)

۞ ALLAAMAH MUHAMMAD TAAHIR NE KAHA :-

“Wa Laa Yasahah” Saheeh nahi hai
(TADHKIRRAH AL-MAWDHOO’AAT PAGE 36)

۞ SHAIKH MUHAMMAD KHALEEL TARBULUSEE HANAFI NE KAHA:-

“Sakhawi ne Ise Inkar kiya hai aur kaha ki ye sahih nahi hai.”
(AL-LULUL AL-MARSOO’AH FEEMAA AL-ASAL LAHU WABAA ASLI MAWDHOO NO.505 PAGE 168)

۞ SHEIKH ALBANI NE KAHA :-

“Ye hadith sahih nahi hai aur ye Daylamee ne Musnad al-Firdaus me Abu Bakr as-Siddeeque (Marfooan) par mansoob kiya hai . Lekin ibn Taahir ne at-Tadhkirrah me kaha hai ki yeh Saheeh nahi hai aur Imaam Shawkaani ne bhi yahi kaha hai al- Hadeeth al-Mawdhoo’aah (pg.9) me aur Sakhawee ne bhi al-Maqaasid me yahi kaha hai ki ye Saheeh nai hai.”

2. YE SAHIH HADITH KE KHILAF HAI

Iske sath sath ye sahih hadith ke khilaf hai jo kahti hai ki jab Azan suna jae to use dohra ke azan ka jawab diya jaye:

Umar Farooq riwayat karte hain ke Rasool Allah ne farmaya:

‘Jab muezzin kahe Allahu Akbar pas tum bhi kaho Allahu Akbar,
Phir jab muezzin kahe Ashhadu alla ilaaha illallah to tum bhi kaho Ashhadu alla ilaaha illallah,
Phir jab muezzin kahe Ashhadu anna Muhammadur Rasool Allah tum bhi kaho Ashhadu anna Muhammadur Rasool Allah,
Phir jab muezzin kahe Haiyya A’alas Salaah to tum kaho Laa Haula Wala Qhuwwata Illa Billah,
Phir jab muazzin kahe Haiyya A’alal Falaah to tum kaho Laa Haula Wala Qhuwwata Illa Billah,
Phir jab muazzin kahe Allahu Akbar pas tum bhi kaho Allahu Akbar,
Phir jab muazzin kahe Laa Ilaaha illallah to tum kaho Laa Ilaaha illallah

Jo shaqs apne sadq dil se muazzin ke kalimat ka jawab dega to (jawab ki barkat se) bahisht (T: Jannat) mein daaqhil hojaaega. ’
(Muslim: al Salah 385)

Azan ka jawab dena boht se sahaba se riwayat kiya gaya hai,  Abu Hurairah, Abee Raaf’e, Umm Habeebah, Abdullaah bin Rabee’a, A’ishah, Mu’adh, Mu’awiyyah aur digar sahabao se (Radhiallaahu Anhuma).

3. AHMAD RAZA KHAN BARELVI NE KHUD KAHA :-

RasoolAllah ka naam sunkar anguthe ko chumna aur fir aankh par malna kisi bhi marfoo hadith se sabit nahi hai aur iske bare me jo riwayat hai wo koi bhi takrir se azad nahi, isliye jo is daleel ko nazar me rakhta hai ya is daleel pe amal karne ko sochta hai ya jo ispar amal na kare unpar ilzam lagata hai to wo beshak galti pe hai.

 (ABAR AL-MAQAAL FEE QIBLATIL AJLAAL PAGE 12).

IKHTITAM:-

KISI BHI EK MARFOO RIWAYAT ME YE NAI HAI KI RASOOLALLAH KA NAAM SUNNE KE BAAD HAME UNGLIA CHUMNI CHAIYE. AUR UPAR KI JO RIWAYATE  HAI WO SAHIH NAHI HAI ISLIYE UNPAR BHAROSA NAI KIYA JA SAKTA. HAMLOGO KE PAAS KAFI MAZBUT RIWAYATE HAI JO KAHTI HAI KI RASOOLALLAH (SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam) KA NAAM SUNNE KE BAAD UNPAR SALAM BHEJNA CHAIYE AUR MUSLIMS KO ISPAR SAKHTI SE AMAL KARNA CHAIYE.

    Aap ne imam muslim ka jo hawala diya khud uske baad imam
    Hafiz Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali ne kaha: Imam Muslim ne jo apne kitab ke muqaddimah me kaha hai uska matlab ye hai ki Targheeb-o-Tarheeb (Fazaail) me bhi, hadith ke riwayati wo hone chaiye jo Ehkam(sadik,sachhe riwayatio) se riwayat karte hai . [Sharh Illal al-Tirmidhi Vol 1, Pf 74],
    Yaani ki hadees ke rawi kazb ya jhoote (fabricator) na ho jis se hadees maudo’ (fabricated) ho jayegi
    Aur Angootha chumne ki hadees kahin se bhi saabit nahi hai
    Aur angootha chumna koi aqeeda ya ahkam nahi hai, ye fazail o a’maal ki hi baat h jo kare to sahi na kare to koi harj nahi
    Fazail o a’mal me zaeef hadees par amal me saare muhaddiseen aur jamhoor ulama ka ijma aur ittefaq hai bashart e ki wo mauzo’ (gadhi hui) na ho
    Iski poori daleel Imam ahmad raza ki kitab taqbeel ul abhameen me hai

    • Mai dobara repeat karta hu ki jo apne kaha ki “Fazail o a’mal me zaeef hadees par amal me saare muhaddiseen aur jamhoor ulama ka ijma aur ittefaq hai “. Ye baat galat hai kyuki imam Muslim aur bhi boht se Muhaddiseen ne fazail me zaif hadith lene se inkar kiya h. Dalail maine previous comment me diya hai. Ahmad Raza sahab ne sirf un logo ki dalail di hogi jinhone fazail me zaif hadith ko qubul kiya h, par iska ek dusra pahlu bhi h, aur dusre Muhaddiseen bhi h jinhone fazail me zaif hadith lene se inkar kiya h. Sirf apni dalail na dekhe, dusro ki bhi dekhe.

  5. Imam sakhawi aur doosre muhaddiseen ne ghair sahih kaha na ki maudo’ aur garha hua

    Poori ummat e muslima me Islam ki ibtida se lekar 1200 saal tak kisi ek qabil e aitebar muhaddis ya imam ne ye nahi kaha ki anguthe chumne ki saari ahadees maudo’ aur garhi Hui hain aur inpar amal Karna najaiz aur ghalat hai.
    Agar ye maudo’ hoti to aimma o muhaddiseen saaf likh dete ki saari ahadees maudo’ aur ispar amal najaiz
    Ta’jjub hai ki jin ahaddes ka maudo’ aur galat hona aur ispar amal bidat o najayaz hona 1200 saal tak tamam jaleel ul qadr aimma o muhaddiseen ki samajh me nahi aaya aaj logon KO wo maudo’ aur man ghararat aur najayaz nazar aa rahi hai halanki hame in ulama o muhaddiseen ke muqable me hadees aur uloom aur usool e hadees ki alif ba bhi pata nahi hai usool e hadees ki baat to bahut door ki hai

    • Sabse pahli baat agar koi Muhaddiseen ye kahta hai ki ye hadith gair-sahih h to iska matlab ye nahi hota ki ye hadith hasan hai balki ye hota hai ki wo hadith ya to zaif h aur ya maudu (matlab amal ke layk nahi hai). Jaise Imam Abu Dawud Sunan Abu Dawud ki hadith no. 748 ko kahte hai ki ye hadith sahih nahi hai, jab ki wo hadith Daif hai. Aur agar kisi hadith ko hasan kahna hota hai to wo Muhaddith saaf saaf kahta hai ki ye hadith hasan h, wo doubt me nahi rakhta ki hadith hasan hai ya daif ya maudu, hadith ko gair sahih kah kar.

      Dusri baat ap ki raaye rakhne wale hi sirf ummat nahi hote dusre taraf ki raaye rakhne wali bhi ummat hote hai so bar bar puri ummat puri ummat kah kar dhoka na de ap. Silsila e hadith e Daifa me hadith no. 73 me Sheikh Albani ye hadith lekar aye hai aur unhone puri bahes ki h is hadith k daif hone par. Even khud Imam Ibn Jawzi r.h. ne jinhone Al Mauzuat e Kabeer (yaani badi badi mangharant (maudu) hadeese) un me bhi is riwayat ko wo lekar aye hai. AUr Allama Sakhawi (boht bade sufi buzurg) unhone bhi apni kitab ‘Al qawl al badi’ me likha hai ki ye hadith mangharant hai.
      Toh bhai Ibn Jawzi, Sheikh Albani aur dusre Muhaddiseeen bhi ummat me shumar h sirf apke raaye rakhne wale hi puri ummmat nahi hote.
