CULTURE AUR BIDDAT ME FARK

Baaz aukat ham usoolo ki kam samajh ke bina par aur shiddat-pasandi me akar kuch mubah (optional) chizo ko bhi biddat me shumar kar dalte hai. Ye sahih nahi hai.

Mai Cultures ki baat kar raha. Hamare muashre me baaz cultures galat hote hai lekin baaz cultures aese bhi hote h jo halal hote hai. Lekin ham ise haraam samajhte hai. Misaal ke taur par, Juma-Mubarak ya Eid mubarak kahna, ya Eid ke din gale milna, Eidi lena-dena, eid me siwai banana. Beshak in ka Deen se koi talluq nahi h (as a rasm) lekin ye haraam bhi nahi hai. Ye mubah hai.

Ek confusion aa sakta hai ki ham farq kaise karenge toh uske liye mai usool bayan kar deta hu:

Ek amal sirf in cases me biddat hoga:

1. Kisi amal ko Deen samajh kar karna and/or 3rd point
2. Kisi amal ko sawab ki niyat se karna and/or 3rd point

3rd Point: Us amal ko dusro tak pohchana ba’es e ajar samjha jaye.

Is usool ki ek misaal:

Shab e Meraj manana vs Siwai Pakana

Ye dono amal RasoolAllah aur Ap ﷺ ke sahaba r.a. ne nahi kiye lekin fir b Shab e Meraj manana biddat kyu aur siwai pakana biddat kyu nahi?

۞ Pahle Usool ke mutabik:

Shab e Meraj ko Deen ka hissa samajh kr kiya jata hai lekin Siwai banane ko Deen ka hissa nahi samjha jata hai, apne kisi bhi kitab me nahi padha hoga ki siwai pakane ki fazilat ya siwai banane ka ajar ya siwai na banane ka gunah.

۞ Dusre Usool ke mutabik:

Shab e Meraj ko sawab ki niyat se manaya jata hai lekin siwai pakane ki niyat Deen se sawab kamana nahi hota hai, ye sirf ek rasm ke taur par pakaya jata hai. Apko aesi koi kitab nahi milegi jaha par kaha gaya ho ki siwai na pakane se koi sawab se mahroom rahta hai ya ye kahi likha ho ki siwai pakana baa’es e sawab h.

۞ Teesra Nukhta:

Us amal ko dusro tak pohchana ba’es e ajar samjhna. Shab e Meraj manene ke paigam ko dusro tak pohchana ba’es e ajar samjha jata hai. Siwai Pakane ke amal ko dusro tak pochana ba’es e ajar nahi samjha jata hai.

Notes:

1۩. Maine sirf samjhane ke liye ye 2 usool aur ek nukhta ka misaal diya hai warna agar ek usool me bhi koi amal fit baith jaye to kaafi hai.

2۩. Ye Usool Ammi Ayesha r.a. ki ek hadith se li gayi hai:

Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jisne hamare “Is Deen” me koi aisi baat shamil ki “Jo usme se nahi hai” to wo “Na-Manjur (rejected)” hai.
